What it is
CortovaAlert is human trafficking awareness and prevention training built for Texas workplaces — teaching the people most likely to encounter trafficking how to recognize the signs, report through the right channels, and respond without putting a victim (or themselves) at greater risk.
Why checkbox training fails here
Most trafficking-awareness courses are compliance checkboxes: a definitions slide, a hotline number, done. But recognition is a pattern-matching skill — it lives in faces, behaviors, and situations, not bullet points. A course that never shows you the situation can't prepare you for it.
